As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in West Jordan, UT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and support security-related operations through a visible presence and strong customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and appropriate emergency response actions at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify security-related concerns and report maintenance or operational issues.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, shipping and receiving zones, and other sensitive parts of the location.
• Support facility operations by observing for fire hazards, equipment issues, spills, and/or policy violations, then communicating findings according to post orders and established reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
