As a Security Officer Area Patrol Driver in Los Lunas, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and emergency response actions when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including production areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting and reporting any suspicious activity or policy concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help support authorized access and help to deter unauthorized entry, theft, and/or damage.
• Support daily operations at a manufacturing and industrial location by following post orders, reporting hazards or maintenance concerns, and assisting with security-related inquiries.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
