As a Security Officer Entry Screening in Lebanon, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will help manage access control, monitor entry points, and support a smooth flow of people and vehicles. In this role, you will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by following site-specific access control procedures, badge verification practices, and security-related policies at the location.
• Monitor entry and exit points for the distribution facility, verify credentials, manage visitor and delivery access, and document arrivals, departures, and unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, truck areas, and perimeter to help identify potential concerns, report observed conditions, and support security-related operations.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and access records, and help support compliance with post orders, screening procedures, and shipping and receiving traffic protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
