What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, badge verification, and other security-related policies at an industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or delivery documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access to buildings, gates, yards, and restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including communicating with site contacts and documenting security-related activities as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Support visitor management and vehicle access processes by maintaining accurate logs, directing arrivals to appropriate check-in points, and reporting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
