As a Security Officer Distribution Center in Waukesha, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service and communication while supporting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity every day.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and other security-related policies at an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to supervisors, local contacts, and/or emergency responders as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, observe facility operations, and document incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations through required reports and security-related logs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
