As a Security Ambassador Unarmed Patrol Driver Rover in West Hollywood, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as a driving patrol officer at a busy public location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity while making a positive impact in the community.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned buildings, public areas, parking areas, and/or perimeter locations, as working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor for unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations, and help to deter unwanted behavior through visible presence and professional interaction.
• Assist visitors, employees, and/or members of the public with directions, access-related questions, and general information while supporting daily location operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Applicants must be able to ride a bike.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• The ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
