In this role, you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, document incidents, and help respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an industrial location.
  • Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document calls for service, and coordinate the timely routing of officers, vehicles, and/or responders to reported incidents and operational needs.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining clear communication with site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency services as needed.
  • Track activity across the location through radios, phones, logs, and/or related systems, helping to support incident reporting, shift updates, and continuity of operations.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, noting unusual activity, access issues, and/or maintenance concerns in manufacturing and industrial environments.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
