As a Security Officer Patrol Sentinel in Bristol, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to all personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or operational disruptions.
  • Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information as directed by site policy, and communicate clearly with staff regarding access requests and security-related concerns.
  • Support site operations by observing equipment areas, material storage locations, and high-traffic workspaces for hazards, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues, then escalating concerns through proper reporting channels.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, or at least 2 years of security-related supervisor or manager experience, or at least 3 years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
