As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and monitor access points and sensitive areas. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site personnel, and respond to concerns with a customer-service mindset. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following site-specific policies, completing required security-related procedures, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter fencing at a chemical and/or petrochemical location, watching for unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations that could help to deter unwanted events.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and/or authorization, manage visitor processing, and direct traffic and deliveries according to site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, coordinating with onsite personnel and/or public responders, and documenting actions taken.
• Operate and observe monitoring systems such as cameras, alarms, and radios, and complete accurate shift reports, incident reports, and daily activity logs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
