As an Allied Universal Access Control Officer at a busy retail location, you will greet guests, manage entry points, verify credentials, and monitor cameras and alarms to help spot and report security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Control access at designated entrances and receiving areas by verifying credentials, managing visitor and contractor logs, and directing deliveries to approved points of contact.
• Monitor cameras and alarm panels, report irregular activity, and document security-related incidents using required reports and communication channels.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of sales floors, stock areas, and the perimeter to help to deter theft, loitering, and/or unauthorized entry.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or applicable license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
