As a Security Officer - Facility Perimeter Rounds in Conshohocken, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting a commercial real estate location. You will conduct routine foot patrols of common areas and exterior spaces, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, assist tenants and visitors with directions and requests, and communicate clearly with site contacts. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or access concerns.
• Monitor access points and respond to alarms, disturbances, and other incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting assistance from local responders and/or site management as needed.
• Complete security-related reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation, and communicate notable activity to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Assist with routine security-related duties such as checking doors and gates, verifying authorized access credentials, providing directions, and supporting property management with general site observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
