As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a utilities location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through professional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of utility operations areas, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter lines; report unusual conditions and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management by verifying authorization, issuing credentials as required, and directing individuals to approved destinations per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications, documenting actions taken, and assisting first responders as needed.
• Complete detailed shift reports and incident documentation, using site systems to record patrol activity, access events, and security-related observations in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
