As a Security Officer - Access Screening in Beatrice, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter incidents, and document security-related events using a computer or tablet. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, issuing temporary credentials as directed, and maintaining visitor, vendor, and/or contractor logs.
• Monitor vehicle and pedestrian traffic at gates and/or checkpoints, screen deliveries and pickups per site procedures, and report irregular activity to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, documenting actions taken, and assisting with site emergency protocols as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production-adjacent areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, identify maintenance or process concerns, and complete detailed activity and incident reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
