As a Security Officer - Flex Armed Rover in Manchester, NH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with calm, clear communication. You will support staff and visitors with customer service while documenting observations and reporting issues. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report irregular conditions, suspicious behavior, and/or hazards according to post orders.
  • Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site leadership and/or public emergency responders when appropriate.
  • Complete security-related reports and logs, document patrols and incidents, and communicate key information to Allied Universal supervision during shift turnover.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have 1 or more years of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
  • Client requires proof of a high school diploma and/or GED.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
