As a Security Officer - Mobile Patrol Driver in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced food and beverage location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly with employees and visitors while supporting access points and site procedures. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver’s license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a food and beverage production and/or distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and/or contractor authorization, and support badge and key control processes consistent with site requirements.
• Complete routine reports, log entries, and shift handoffs, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
