As a Security Officer - Roving Patrol Driver in Hinkley, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed, driving patrol officer supporting critical utilities operations. You will conduct routine patrols across assigned areas, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, document observations, and assist with incident response while providing strong customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a utilities location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including dispatching notifications per post orders and documenting actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards or irregular conditions.
• Control access by verifying credentials, managing visitor check-in and/or directing deliveries to designated areas in accordance with site procedures.
• Complete detailed shift activity reports and incident reports, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
