As a Security Officer - Key Control Desk in Tucker, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced food and beverage location, supporting ACCESS_CONTROL at key entry points. You will greet employees and visitors, verify credentials, manage badges and visitor logs, and help to deter unauthorized access through a visible, customer-focused presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, drivers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production and distribution location.
• Control access at entrances and gates by checking identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and directing authorized personnel to the proper areas.
• Screen inbound and outbound traffic, including delivery vehicles and shipments, by verifying appointments, reviewing shipping documents, and communicating with site contacts to help support controlled entry and exit.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, documenting unusual activity, and notifying management and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the buildings, parking areas, and perimeter, including monitoring doors, docks, and restricted areas; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
