As a Security Dispatch Officer - Communications Center Operator in Kansas City, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Dispatch Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor activity, coordinate security-related responses, and keep clear, accurate logs while serving as a calm point of contact for employees and visitors. You will support routine patrol operations through timely communications, helping to reduce disruptions and support smooth operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Monitor phones, radios, alarms, and/or video systems; dispatch officers and/or maintenance or emergency resources per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, gathering key details and communicating updates to the appropriate contacts.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports, documenting calls for service, dispatch actions, and follow-up information.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
