You will conduct routine rounds, respond to concerns, and deliver strong customer service through clear communication with staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients and guests at a financial institution location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site leadership and/or law enforcement as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, ATM and vestibule spaces, building entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
  • Control access to restricted areas by monitoring entry points, verifying authorization, and documenting security-related events per post orders.
  • Complete accurate reports and logs of patrol activity, incidents, and observations, and communicate key updates to Allied Universal supervision and/or site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have 1+ years' armed security, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
  • Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A guard card and/or license is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
