Now Hiring: Unarmed Security Officers – $22/Hour
Locations: Central Florida - Orlando, Kissimmee, Auburndale, DeLand, Daytona Beach, Mount Dora, and other surrounding Cities
We are currently seeking professional and reliable Unarmed Security Officers to join our team at hospital locations across Central Florida. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are dependable, physically capable, and committed to maintaining a safe environment in a healthcare setting.
Pay Rate: $22 per hour
Schedule: 12-hour shifts – must be open to any shift and all days of the week
Job Requirements:
Active Florida Class D Security License (Temporary Blue Card accepted)
Ability to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods of time
Physically capable of performing security duties in a hospital environment
Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare setting
Must have open availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
Must be reliable and professional
Responsibilities Include:
Maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors
Conducting patrols throughout hospital facilities
Responding to incidents and providing support when needed
Enforcing site policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
*A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only
