As a Security Officer - Flex Patrol Rounds in Clinton, MS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at an automotive manufacturing location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control and badge checks, document observations, and communicate clearly with team members and site personnel. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing and/or office location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reports of suspicious activity, access issues, and/or alarms, and document actions taken per post orders.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, parking lots, shipping and receiving areas, and the building perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
  • Monitor access control points such as entrances, gates, and loading docks by observing traffic flow, verifying authorization as directed, and reporting irregularities to site leadership.
  • Complete detailed written reports, incident logs, and patrol activity documentation, and communicate relevant information to on-site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have at least 1+ years of security experience.
  • Have access control and/or badge experience preferred.
  • Be able to lift more than 20 lbs preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
