As a Security Officer - Patrol in West Point, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and post orders at an automotive manufacturing and/or office location.
• Control access for vehicles and pedestrians by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, directing deliveries, and maintaining entry and exit logs per site requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, parking lots, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance concerns, reporting findings per procedure.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as required and completing incident documentation.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and communications systems as assigned, document routine activity, and report policy violations or unusual conditions to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
