You will complete routine rounds, remain highly visible, support access control, and document observations while communicating clearly with teams on site. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify site leadership and/or public emergency services as required.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, yards, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify irregular conditions.
• Monitor access points and control entry for employees, contractors, and visitors using site protocols, including checking identification and/or maintaining visitor and vehicle logs.
• Complete routine documentation such as shift activity reports and incident reports, and communicate observations and handoff details to Allied Universal supervision and/or site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
