As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a cultural destination, you will conduct routine foot patrols across public spaces, remain highly visible to help discourage security-related concerns, and support guests with clear directions and courteous service. You will monitor activity, report hazards and/or incidents, and communicate with site staff to support smooth daily operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a public cultural location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with crowd concerns, disturbances, and/or medical-related notifications per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the grounds, public spaces, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or policy concerns.
• Monitor entry points, activity areas, and special events as assigned, offering directions to visitors and communicating observed issues to site representatives and/or emergency services when needed.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate relevant information during shift turnovers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
