As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with calm, clear communication. You will deliver a welcoming customer-service approach while documenting activity and supporting site teams. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, drivers, and visitors by carrying out Allied Universal and site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, and exterior perimeter to help to identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations.
• Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, checking authorization for entry, monitoring deliveries and pickups, and directing visitors to the proper locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with de-escalation, notifications, and coordination with site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
• Complete accurate reports and logs, document incidents and observations, and communicate relevant information during shift briefings and handoffs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
