You will monitor activity via systems and routine observation, document incidents, and communicate clearly with staff and guests to help reduce security-related concerns. This is an armed role requiring Level III Armed Certification in Texas, ideal for a reliable, people-first professional who thrives through teamwork and integrity.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial institution location.
  • Control access to the facility by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or appointment details, issuing visitor credentials per site policy, and directing guests to appropriate areas.
  • Monitor lobby activity, alarms, and camera systems as assigned, and report suspicious or unusual activity to site contacts and/or Allied Universal management to help to deter unauthorized access.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.
  • Complete required logs and documentation such as visitor entries, incident reports, and access control records, and communicate key information during shift turnovers.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
