As a Security Officer Emergency Dispatch Clearance Required in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Officer at an aero and defense location, you will coordinate security-related calls, monitor alarms and access activity, and support on-site teams with clear, timely communication. You will help to keep operations running smoothly by tracking incidents, documenting updates, and guiding responses with professionalism and customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aero and defense location.
• Operate the dispatch function by receiving and prioritizing calls for service, coordinating officer response, and relaying clear updates to leadership and/or client representatives.
• Monitor alarms, access control events, and/or CCTV systems, document activity, and escalate unusual conditions according to post orders to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to appropriate internal and/or external resources.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter, completing routine checks and reporting maintenance, access, and/or policy concerns as observed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Maintain an active DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
