As a Security Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, support access control, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will assist employees and visitors with clear communication and customer service while documenting activity using a computer and/or tablet. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site management and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, entrances, and/or the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, including verifying credentials and documenting entries and/or exits as required.
• Complete timely reports and logs for security-related events, incidents, and/or policy violations, and communicate updates to supervisors and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21+ Years of Age.
• Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
