As a Security Officer - Roving Site Patrol in Stafford, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to calls for assistance with professionalism and care. You will monitor access points, document observations, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors while delivering customer service that reflects our agile, reliable, innovative, people-first culture built on teamwork and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site staff, vendors, patients, and/or visitors by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting and documenting observations per site requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout healthcare buildings, common areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management and/or badge checks as directed by post orders, helping to maintain controlled entry to restricted areas.
• Complete routine security-related logs, reports, and shift handoffs, and communicate with site leadership and/or public responders when escalation is needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
