You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to calls for service with clear communication and strong customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, drivers, and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, including warehouse areas, parking lots, perimeter fencing, and loading dock areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.
• Monitor access points such as gates, employee entrances, and shipping and receiving areas; verify identification, issue visitor directions, and document entries and departures per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate with site contacts and/or local responders as needed, and complete detailed reports.
• Observe and report security-related concerns using radio and/or phone communications, and assist with camera monitoring and alarm response per post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
