As a Security Officer - Perimeter Rounds in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control, observe operations, document activity, and communicate clearly with teams on site. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, drivers, and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures and access control policies at a logistics and distribution location, and/or supporting emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the warehouse, yard, trailer areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor and report security-related concerns such as open doors, broken fencing, unsecured loads, and/or suspicious behavior, following post orders and escalation guidelines.
• Assist with traffic flow and driver check-in processes as assigned, helping to maintain orderly movement through gates, docks, and staging areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
