As a Security Officer Armed Security Clearance in CAMDEN, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, production areas, and perimeter points, checking doors, gates, and restricted areas for unusual activity and/or policy violations.
• Control access at entry points by verifying identification and authorization, processing visitors and deliveries, and directing individuals to appropriate points of contact in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site leadership and/or local emergency services as needed and following use of force guidelines.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and communication systems; document patrols, incidents, and observations in reports and logs, and promptly report maintenance or security-related concerns through established channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
