As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with calm, professional communication. Job Schedule:

 JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of global security operations experience, preferably in a GSOC or enterprise security environment.
• Hands-on experience with CCURE 9000 access control systems.
• Experience operating Victor video surveillance systems..
• Strong knowledge of alarm panels, intrusion detection, and incident escalation procedures.
• Proven experience with access control and badge management.
• Ability to monitor and respond to alarms, CCTV feeds, while conducting 24/7 video surveillance monitoring to identify, assess, and appropriately respond to security events in global operations environment.
• Must be flexible and willing to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, due to changing operational needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive in high-pressure situations.
• Proven experience with access control and badge management. 
• CPR/First Aid certification (required or ability to obtain upon hire)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting global or multi-site security operations.
• Familiarity with security reporting systems and incident management platforms.
• Background in corporate, critical infrastructure, or large-scale enterprise security environments.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate parties and documenting actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, visitor traffic, and key-controlled areas in accordance with site procedures, including verifying identification and/or credentials as directed.
• Observe and report unusual conditions, alarms, and/or security-related hazards, completing accurate reports and communicating updates to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 2 or more years of security experience.
• Possess a college degree.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
