As an Unarmed Patrol Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support tenants and visitors with strong customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, employees, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific post orders, access procedures, and other security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the commercial property, including lobbies, corridors, parking areas, and exterior perimeters, documenting observations as required.
• Monitor entrances, visitor traffic, and delivery activity, checking identification and issuing visitor credentials when applicable, and reporting unauthorized access attempts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with property management and emergency responders when appropriate.
• Complete detailed activity logs and incident reports, and communicate pertinent information to onsite staff and Allied Universal leadership during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 2 or more years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
