You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and respond to security-related concerns with strong customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing location.
• Control access at designated entry points by verifying credentials, issuing temporary badges, managing visitor check-in and/or check-out, and directing traffic to appropriate areas.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing vehicle and/or truck traffic as assigned, document deliveries and pickups, and report irregularities per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site contacts and/or emergency services as directed and completing required reports.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• The client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Comfortable using computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
