Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site teams, and provide customer service with professionalism and respect. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
  • Control access by monitoring gates, doors, and restricted areas; verify identification and visitor authorization per site policy.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications and supporting evacuations and/or shelter procedures as directed.
  • Complete daily activity logs and incident reports, and communicate unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security supervisor/manager experience or 3+ years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
