As a Security Officer - Driver Patrol Rounds in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, perform visible presence checks, and document security-related observations while delivering helpful customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license, with frequent vehicle patrols and response to security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including lobbies, offices, parking areas, drive-up and/or ATM areas, and the perimeter as applicable.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, reporting concerns to site management and/or Allied Universal supervision according to post orders.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports and other required documentation, and communicate shift updates to oncoming personnel per site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Guard Card/License - preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
