As a Security Officer - Mobile Patrol in Horicon, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access and alarm response as needed. You will deliver strong customer service, clear communication, and accurate reporting while working with site teams. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response procedures as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to site leadership and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and perform security-related checks such as observing badge compliance, controlling entry and exit as assigned, and directing visitors to the proper check-in process.
• Complete accurate written and/or electronic reports, including shift logs and incident documentation, and report maintenance hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy concerns through the chain of command.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm Panel Experience - preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet - preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience - preferred.
• Customer Service Experience - preferred.
• Lift Up to 20 lbs - preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
