As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a fast-paced tech location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to questions and concerns with strong customer service and clear communication while supporting access control and incident reporting. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a tech and data-driven location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through the established chain of command.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points and key areas for unusual activity, help to deter unauthorized entry, and support badge and/or credential checks consistent with site procedures.
• Document observations, patrol activity, and incidents in written and/or electronic reports, and communicate updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security experience is required.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
