As a Security Officer - Mobile Patrol in New York, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Allied Universal Security Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence that may help reduce security-related incidents. You will support a welcoming environment through strong communication and customer service, while documenting observations and coordinating with site leaders when needed. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site leadership and local authorities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas and/or perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access control points, visitor check-in processes, and restricted areas such as cash handling and records spaces, documenting entries and exceptions per site policy.
• Complete shift logs and incident reports, communicate notable events during post handoff, and support audits and compliance activities related to security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a New York State Security Guard License.
• Have 1+ years of security-related experience.
• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
