As a Security Officer - Distillery Patrol in Orlando, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly with team members and site contacts, document observations, and deliver customer service that reflects our agile, reliable, and innovative approach. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, notification, and documentation per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards, access issues, and policy violations.
• Control access at entrances, gates, and receiving areas by verifying credentials, managing visitor and vendor sign-in, and directing deliveries to designated areas per site requirements.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications, and coordinate with site leadership and local public resources as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21+ years of age.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
