As a Security Officer - Warehouse Perimeter Patrol in Louisville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and perimeter fencing, noting and reporting unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points such as gates, guard shacks, and employee entrances, including checking credentials, maintaining visitor and driver logs, and directing traffic flow as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events, notifying site contacts and/or public emergency services, and assisting with scene control.
• Operate and/or observe security-related systems such as CCTV, alarms, and radios, complete routine reports, and communicate status updates to Allied Universal supervision and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
