As a Security Officer - Dealership Patrol in Seymour, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help to deter incidents and support a welcoming environment. You will report security-related concerns, assist employees and visitors with directions and questions, and communicate clearly with site contacts. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, contractors, and employees at an automotive manufacturing location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or public emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking lots, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and/or credentials, and help manage vehicle and truck traffic flow in accordance with post orders and shipping and receiving guidelines.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation, communicate observations during shift handoff, and assist with administrative tasks such as key control and visitor logs as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
