As a Dispatch Officer at an aero and defense location, you will support day-to-day security-related operations from a central point, monitoring activity, receiving calls for service, and coordinating officer response. You will help maintain clear communication across the site, document incidents, and support routine patrol coverage and access operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Operate the dispatch post by monitoring cameras, intrusion and fire alarm systems, access control notifications, and radio and phone communications, and by routing calls and requests to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications, documenting actions taken, and supporting first responders per site procedures.
• Track and coordinate officer patrol activity and service requests, help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining timely communication, and maintain accurate activity and incident logs.
• Prepare complete, clear reports of incidents, dispatch actions, and unusual observations, and communicate updates to site leadership and Allied Universal management as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
