Lead a high-visibility security operation at a busy enclosed shopping center where people, service, and performance matter every day. This role puts you at the center of the action—guiding teams, partnering with clients, and making sure operations run smoothly from opening doors to after-hours response.
Real ownership: You run the day-to-day operation like a small business—staffing, scheduling, performance, and results.
People-first leadership: Hire, train, coach, and retain security professionals while building a positive, accountable team culture.
Client partnership: Work closely with mall leadership and tenants to solve problems, improve service, and build long-term trust.

Overseeing security operations for an enclosed retail center
