Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, monitoring access points, and helping to deter incidents by remaining visible and attentive. You will provide exceptional customer service while assisting with badge and access control, all while embodying our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

What You'll Do:

• Perform screening of individuals and/or packages entering the logistics and distribution location, following site-specific procedures and protocols.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and delivery personnel with security-related inquiries and directions.
• Carry out security-related procedures in accordance with site-specific policies, including access control and monitoring of entry points.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any irregularities.
• Document all incidents, observations, and activities as required by site and Allied Universal procedures.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including following evacuation or lockdown procedures as directed by site management or Allied Universal protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment within the logistics and distribution location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
