As a Security Officer - Telecom Patrol Shift in Saint Charles, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol dynamic tech and media locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, taking appropriate action as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, site personnel, and/or first responders as needed.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
• Remain alert to surroundings and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Support emergency response activities in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
