As a Security Officer - Access Control in Middlesboro, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry and exit.
• Assist with security-related procedures specific to food and beverage environments, following site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by addressing inquiries and guiding them through security-related protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating when necessary.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.
• Document and report observations, incidents, and suspicious activities according to Allied Universal and site guidelines.
• Support emergency response activities, including coordination with local authorities and site management as required.
• Maintain an awareness of the unique requirements of working in a food and beverage production environment, including adherence to hygiene and contamination control protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
