You will conduct routine patrols, interact with people on-site, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism throughout.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify any unusual conditions.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help protect personnel, assets, and information within the location.
  • Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or suspicious activities according to site and Allied Universal protocols.
  • Communicate clearly and courteously with employees, visitors, and/or contractors, offering assistance as needed while maintaining security-related awareness.
  • Assist with access control measures and verify identification as required by site policies.
  • Support emergency response efforts by following established procedures and coordinating with Allied Universal supervision and local authorities when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
