As a Security Officer - Armed Patrol in Prescott, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies and protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including emergency response activities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location as well as the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors, providing assistance and guidance as needed.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on patrols, incidents, and observations during the shift.
• Follow all protocols related to carrying and handling firearms in accordance with Allied Universal policies and local regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
